Copy the Top Tube to the drawing layer. Snap a line across the end of the tube. To correct for the isometric/major axis discrepancy stretch this line by 120 percent using the Transform Docker. Convert the Top Tube Rectangle to a curve (Ctrl+Q). Use the Node Edit Tool to move the left and right top nodes up to the end of the line. Repeat for the bottom. Use the Node Edit Tool to curve and edit it as shown and fill with white. |
