How
did testing go?
Great! The only
flaws discovered were not ours and they are listed (Try them
now):
For
CorelDRAW 7.0;
If an extrusion
is applied to an object from which a number of trims (lets say 10
to 20) have been applied, the front to back order of the faces may
be incorrect. If an extrusion is applied to an object that has
extra or un-smoothed nodes, extra lines may appear at those nodes.
Lastly, and perhaps most significantly, the Corel Script function
(What we must use to program these commands) picked up a flaw in
the Rev B (Build 467) release. This flaw will declare a "Run
Time Error 1000, OLE Automation Error" anytime any script is
applied to a group of objects. Corel has decided that they will
not fix the problem until CorelDRAW 8.0. As a work around for
people who have installed Rev B (We took it off our computers because it is a
bad release) I
recommend that they "un-group all" the object, apply
the command and then "Group".
For
CorelDRAW 8.0 and 9.0;
Except for some
occasional object shifting during rotations, everything works
perfectly.
