Here is the toy I created for this exercise. Once all of the isometric parts have been created this lesson is designed to give you experience in assembling components. Please design your own toy and send it to me. You might get a free copy of it7.
This illustration shows an exploded view of the parts needed to assemble a corner. The actual hardware is shown in white to help you visualize the assembly. You will use the hardware shown in the inset. Notice that the nut will not be necessary because it will be hidden.
Drag the two beams over the corner piece lining-up the mounting holes. Send the corner piece to the back (Ctrl+Page Down) and the screw head to the front (Ctrl+Page Up) if necessary.
