Separate each of the contours. Use the Node Edit Tool (F10) to delete the extra end nodes one at a time. | |
The rear ends of these fork parts are one half the diameter of the forward edge. With snap to objects turned on draw a line from the bottom to the top of the rear edge of each fork. Use the Property Bar to apply a 50 percent horizontal and vertical stretch to each line. Use the Node Edit Tool to move the fork edges in as shown. | |
Convert the back ends to curves and smooth them. Delete everything except the two forks. Fill the completed forks with white and position over the Bottom Bracket Shell and wheel. Complete this step by correcting the front to back order by sending the left (back) fork to the back and the Bottom Bracket Shell to the front. |
