like. The rim ellipse
(A) is 0.25 inch larger than the ellipse at the spoke ends (B). The rim is 1 inch thick. |

To create the rim ellipse duplicate the spoke end ellipse and with the lock closed on the Property Bar change the x dimension to 21.75 inches. You will now need a guide to move the rim ellipses the appropriate dimension. Create a vertical line 0.50 inches high. Dupe that line and turn on Snap to Objects and snap the top of one line to the bottom of another. |
