Get the top face of the gear you saved during [Bevel Gear] the Spur Gear lesson. Make sure it is colored white. Break Apart (Crtl+K) and click off, then select the outside curve. |

Choose the Extrude Tool and use the following settings: Big Back, VP Locked To Object, Vanishing Point; Horizontal 0.0, Vertical 0.9 Measured from: Object Center then Apply. |
