Constructing the Bicycle - page 5
Create a rectangle measuring 25.50" long (x) by 1.375" high (y) using the Rectangle Tool/Property Bar combination. This is called the Down Tube and it connects the Bottom Bracket Shell (pedal/gear hub) to the Head Tube. Pick up the Down Tube near the left center and snap it to the center of the Bottom Bracket Shell. Double click on this rectangle and move the rotation center point over the left center point. Use the Property Bar to apply a 43.5-degree rotation.
The Top Tube measures 22.50" long (x) by 1.375" high (y) use the Rectangle Tool/Property Bar combination to create this tube. Pick up the Top Tube near the left center and snap it to the forward top point of the rear frame. Double click on this rectangle and move the rotation center point over the left center point. Use the Property Bar to apply a 11-degree rotation.
The extension from the Handlebar Vertical Tube is 3.50" long (x) by 1.25" high (y). Use the Rectangle Tool/Property Bar combination to create this tube. Use the Property Bar to apply a 16-degree rotation.

Pick up the Top Tube near the left top corner and snap it to the top right corner of the Handlebar Vertical Tube.
