With your nudge set at 0.01-inches select the left middle node and nudge it out 5 times. Nudge the right node right 5 times. Change your Super nudge to 20 times. Turn on snap to objects, duplicate the cutout shape and set off to the side before moving on.
Sprocket 1 part 1.
Duplicate the axel hole and then shift click pick up and move the outside circle and axel hole off to the side. Snap the bottom of the cutout shape to the top of the large circle and super nudge it down once. Duplicate the cutout shape and snap the top to the bottom of the large circle. Super nudge it up once. Shift click select the cutout shapes and combine them. There are 32 teeth on this sprocket, 360 degrees divided by 32 teeth equals 11.25 degrees. Activate the Transform Docker and switch to the rotation section and apply a rotation of 11.25 degrees to a duplicate 15 times.
Sprocket 1 part 2.
Combine the cutout shapes (Ctrl+L) and activate the Shaping Docker. Apply a trim to the outside circle. Delete the cutout shapes combination and combine the outside shape and axel hole.
