The braking controls will require the addition to two more components. First is a plate that the cable mounts to. Create a square 1.00 inches across, round the corners to 30. Rotate 45 degrees. Create a circle 1.50 inches in diameter and position as shown. Trim the circle from the square and delete the circle. |

Duplicate the plate and apply a vertical mirror. Apply the following to both plates: Vertical stretch 86.6 percent, Horizontal skew 30 degrees, and rotate 30 degrees. Fill with white. |

Apply an extrusion with the following settings: Back parallel, x = 0.00 y=-0.06, VP locked to object and vanishing point relative to object center. Render as shown and temporarily group each of the plates together. |
