To render choose all of the front faces and apply the following uniform fill C=10, M=3, Y=0, K=20. Choose all of the side faces and apply the following uniform fill C=10, M=3, Y=0, K=40. Choose all of the bottom faces and apply the following uniform fill C=10, M=3, Y=0, K=60. | |
Next month we will begin a multi-part lesson working on plotting and creating shapes in space. To accomplish this we will construct a WWII aircraft from what will be essentially "lofting drawings". Back in the old days lofting was used to develop complex curved surfaces. Draftsmen working on their hands and knees developed full sized drawings. Even though modern CAD programs have eliminated the much of the need to "Loft" the practices and terms established back than still are used. |
